Reno is fucking sunny as hell! I rate Reno a D+, It's way too fucking sunny and dry. Winters are too mild. July and August is too hot.

How in the world does this place have any kind of snowfall average in September with avg highs of 82F and only 8.9 mm of precipitation?! Reno gets about twice as much snow as I do even though it's in the desert and average highs are warmer in all months. Boke.
This wouldn't normally be my kind of climate, but I suppose there is a lot of comfortable weather and the summer nights do cool off a bit. I'll give it a C.

How much snow do you get on average every year? Our Met Office don't keep data for that kind of thing oddly enough, only the number of days with snow on the ground and snow depths on those days. I would guess about 12 inches/30 cm for 1981-2010 based on the snow depth data for the past few years available on ogimet, 2012/13 was our snowiest year for a long long time so not typical at all: 2009/10: 64 cm 2010/11: 42 cm 2011/12: 14 cm 2012/13: 93 cm 2013/14: 3 cm 2014/15: 44 cm 2015/16: 33 cm 2016/17: 10 cm

B+. Add a few more summer thunderstorms and a bit more extreme records and it's an A.
