Sorry (not!) to the polar foamers, you'll just have to choose between the lesser of two "evils" in this battle, which includes places all around the world with palms in their names. Palma, Mallorca is my obvious pick, it's the only Mediterranean one.
Palmas, Brasil, an artificially planned city which is the capital of the newest Brasilian state, Tocantins, with a hot tropical savanna climate.
Palma, Mallorca, a hot-summer, mild winter Mediterranean climate and tourist hot-spot on Spain's Balearic Islands. By the way, I've been there!
Palm Beach, Florida, the city toward the northern extent of Metro Miami, with a seasonal tropical climate having warm, dry winters and hot, wet summers. I've been here too!
Palm Springs, California, a classic hot desert climate in the Sonoran Desert to the east of Los Angeles.
Palmyra, Syria, an ancient desert city with relatively cool winters.

Palmas, Brazil, your classic tropical wet/dry climate. If I blinked once or twice, this place could be somewhere in the Top End of Australia. Great climate !

I think I'll go with Palm Beach FL, even despite the lame record highs. Palmas, Brazil is my #2, would be better with a more-balanced precip pattern.

What a massive fail. All of these are awful - either tropical, deserts, or Mediterranean. You had plenty of superior subtropical climates in Florida to choose from. Either Palm Bay or Palm Coast would be better than any of these.
From the despicable options presented, I choose Palma de Mallorca for being the only temperate one that isn't a completely arid wasteland (though it's not far off).
By the way, it's West Palm Beach not Palm Beach. Palm Beach is a different place entirely.

I know that Palm Beach is the barrier island whereas West Palm is the mainland, I just chose to put the option down as "Palm Beach" as people are much more familiar with it in general. Plus the greater region as a whole is the "Palm Beaches".

Palmas, Brazil. It's a bit too hot at the end of the dry season but still an excellent climate.
West Palm Beach is also very good but loses a lot with the winter cold snaps. Any tropical climate that has recorded a freeze is seriously flawed.

Palma of these options. Obviously making it a fair battle for the 2nd best by omitting Las Palmas (which would win this easily).

Mallorca. I’d go with Palmyra if it wasn’t so damn dry.

Palma Dr Mallorca of course! I lived there for a while, and I loved the city. Great place to live and work, and the weather is fantastic for about 7 months of the year.

Tough choice, but went with Palmyra despite how extremely dry it is. It at least has cool winters.
