Palmyra, although I'd rather be in Palmyra, NY. That's my ideal climate and it gets 5 months of accumulating snow to make me happy.

West palm beach is quite good. Yeah but the name is so blah compared to Palma de Mallorca. Plus their record cold is lower, not enough to damage cidp's or the palms in Mallorca, but enough to cause some browning and damage to coconut palms. |

Palmas, Brazil. I would prefer more moderated precipitation extremes, but it still beats Palm Beach FL because it has never recorded a frost.
