I guess I'll go with Crummerside, but they're way too similar for it to be a good climate battle - and they all suck.

Tough choice between Summerside and Charlottetown but I'll go with Summerside.
Even though Charlottetown has higher extreme temps in the summer and slightly higher snowfall (which you wouldn't really notice since its almost 300cm anyways), Summerside's more sunshine during summer was the deciding factor.
