Isle of Portland - warmer, sunnier and drier. But both are pretty bad. Looking at climate boxes for UK climates always makes me feel depressed.

Sunnier for sure, dunno about warmer - with all the wind on that exposed peninsula it gets some pretty wicked wind chills almost all year round, lucky to be sheltered from that here in Sheffield, and summers are much warmer feeling especially!

Sheffield easily - more rain, less sun and better summer temps.
