HoustonExcellent climate! Benfxmth circa 2020 I'm certain you would have picked Phoenix. I'm also surprised how warm Chicago is in the new set of normals. Just 0.2 C away from being a subtropical paradise, and a full three months of 80+ F average highs. Actually not atrocious.
