Well this is an appropriate thread for me, considering that I think Bangkok has one of the best climates on the planet.
My dream tropical climate is the same as my dream climate, known as Kaleetanopolis:

 Pleasant year round which at least 80 thunderstorms a year. On the outer edge of the tropics so winter can get some cool drizzl 60/47 type days. Thunderstorms can occur year round so there’s always something of interest even if the temps are stable. |

I had created this one for the WWF dream climate tournament. It was not intended to be my dream climate, but the best I could think of as a tropical/A Köppen climate.
The reasoning behind this climate is simple: - I don't like hot summers. - I do like some variation throughout the year, so I created a monsoonal climate with something like a winter, a summer, and a wet season.
- I made winters variable, with sporadic cold fronts which would cause some rain (so there's a small winter rain peak) and push temps well below 10C.
