Attached is my dream climate. It's a coastal continental med climate with cold snowy winters but warm and dry summers. What rating would you give it ?

A C+ from me, not as bad (warmer summers) as I thought. Dew point drop and sudden increase in % possible sunshine is unrealistic from June to July, but it's a fictional climate anyway

C+
Summers too hot, winters are ok but could be colder.

B-. Itโs actually pretty good, just too wet September-March, a bit dry in summer and too cold outside of fall.

Too mild and wet in winter, a bit dry in summer, overall pretty good. B. I like the summer lows staying in the 50's.

B. Too cold in winter, too dry in summer. Also, is it just my imagination or do some of the values not match their colors?

B. Too cold in winter, too dry in summer. Also, is it just my imagination or do some of the values not match their colors?I notice that tooโwith the July average dew point and February average snowfall boxes. It seems to have been created in Excel, or some other spreadsheet app.

Grade B-. Not a bad climate. Looking at July's average low and mean minimum, I assume the annual warmest daily low rarely goes above 18ยฐC.

C+ Boring summers, but winters are surprisingly good (I thought you liked subarctic winters). Loses major points mostly for the disgusting precip pattern - the wet autumn pattern can get fucked Also, why dafuq haven't you included an E option?! FFS stupid Murican

Itโs not bad actually. C+ as it has a mix of good and bad features. Love the Mediterranean precip pattern and the high temps throughout the year arenโt too bad, but the main things holding back this climate are way too much snow and cold low temps.

B+ I like it, but the summers are too dry and a bit too cold at night.

2.54 (B-/C+) according to my formula, though that seems a bit high of a rating considering the cold winters, precipitation pattern, and the too-chilly summer lows; I gave it a C in the poll. It's a bit warmer of a climate than I would have expected from you FrozenI69B. Too cold in winter, too dry in summer. Also, is it just my imagination or do some of the values not match their colors?I notice that tooโwith the July average dew point and February average snowfall boxes. It seems to have been created in Excel, or some other spreadsheet app. Some of the conversions don't quite match either, and others have wacky numbers of significant figures. He probably just copied a weather box into Excel and went from there - and BTW this is just my own pet peeve, but Excel is NOT an "app"! Back in my day we called those kinds of things "programs" - it wasn't until the rise of smartphones and tablets in the late 2000s that I started hearing everything get called "apps"! I notice that tooโwith the July average dew point and February average snowfall boxes. It seems to have been created in Excel, or some other spreadsheet app. Yeah, the color palette in excel was not as diverse as wiki. I tried my best to keep it reasonable though. If you select "more colors" at the bottom of the color selection area, and then click on "custom", you can make any color you want using the full RGB or HSL range - so I'd say Excel actually wins in terms of color diversity!

I thought you said you liked 30 F highs in winter and 75 F highs in summer?
Anyways, I give this one a C. Winters are too mild as are the summers, and the precipitation pattern isn't too my liking. Don't like that December has so little snow compared to January. But, it's far from the worst climate out there.

E. Nothing special. Very cold crummer lows, with anemic highs.

Not bad overall, winter isn't even remotely cold enough. I prefer more precipitation in summer but overall I'd say B-

Most places outside the northern great lakes snowbelt get more snow in January than december.
