My Dream Continent has 32 cities, each with slightly different climates. This New Florida Climate Cup sorts the 32 city climates into Groups A-H. Just like the World Cup or Euro Cup, two winners from each group will go into the Round of 16, then the winners of that go into the Quarter Final, and so on until a winner is found. Which city has the best climate in New Florida?
This poll is for the Group A city climates below. Poll is open for five days. The two highest voted cities go into the Round of 16.

Bartley for having good year round temps and relatively dry summers. Phoden Island has better temps but summers are too wet.
