An alpine tundra climate that's the highest settlement in the world. How would you rate the climate : I'm giving it a D. Winter like year round.

F. Would either die by hypothermia, suicide, or altitude sickness. No thanks.

Why do you think the data is fake? Because the "source" is Climate-Data.org

Why do you think the data is fake? Because the "source" is Climate-Data.org Not all data that have Climate-data.org as their source is inaccurate. Climate-data.org was mostly accurate except for some places. With the new update it's very inaccurate though. The data for La Rinconada is from the older version.

The data for La Rinconada is from the older version. Akshually even the older version was extremely inaccurateโthe difference from the official data was extraordinary. It's just even more fake now.

When I saw the data for tropical, subtropical and polar places it was mostly accurate. For temperate regions it was not very accurate for many places. Now all data is not accurate.

With the new update it's very inaccurate though. The data for La Rinconada is from the older version. Totally irrelevant. It could be exactly the same as the real data, just by dumb luck, and would still be 100% fake just because of the methodology of the source. And what is that methodology, you might ask? Well..."All of our climate data are based on ECMWF Data". So there you go, non-measured data = fake data. Also, for the record, the nearest SENAMHI station is Ananea (4660 m), a good 300-400 m lower than La Rinconada. Any other data that claims to be from La Rinconada is fake as well.

Naturally this would be an F, but E for not being terribly wet and perhaps being decently sunny.
