I created this thread to talk about the coldest weather condition under which you broke a sweat, and the hottest weather condition under which you didn't sweat.
The coldest weather condition under which I sweat was 57 F (14 C) and sunny with no wind. Was exercising in the sun on an open field. Hottest weather condition under which I didn't sweat was an 88 F (31 C) and overcast day with 15 mph winds from the WNW. Felt comfortable walking outdoors for over an hour, but didn't sweat at all.

I sweat like a pig when I am doing something physical from temps ranging from approximately -2C to 43.7C
Above that, the weather is too epic to sweat.

If under thick winter clothing counts, then I've broken a sweat at probably -20C to -25C or so temperatures numerous times in the past.
As for the hot side of things, I've managed to go for walks probably in the highs 20s Celsius without breaking a sweat.

About the same for me, though my lower limit is probably -20C. -25 is rare enough that I don't spend much time in it. If you wear enough clothes it's easy to break a sweat just walking around, and extremely easy if you're doing something more intense. Though you can just as easily open your jacket or something to cool down again. FrozenI69 I'm surprised your coldest is only 57.

For coldest to sweat, around freezing, of course wearing tons of layers plus coat/boots.
For hottest to not sweat, low 100s at night (like 9-10pm) in Phoenix. Dry heat does wonders for comfort.

For cold, probably down to around the mid -20s C
For heat, I wouldn't have a clue -not sweating doen't seem like the sort of thing one would pay much attention to.

I noticed I started sweating a bit on my forehead walking around in -20 C weather in Davis, WV on January 31, 2019. To be fair, walking around there is pretty rough terrain, and I had on a big winter coat and big snow boots so it was quite good exercise.
As far as hot temps without sweating, can't say for sure. I sweat easily and a lot, if it's above 80 F and humid and I walk for longer than 15 minutes, I'm starting to sweat already. Maybe 70 F with low humidity is the warmest it can be for me to go on a walk without breaking much of a sweat.
On typical summer days here, I start to sweat almost the second I step outside.

yellowknife, jan 2019, temp range was -20s f (-30 to -35c). I was fat biking out on the lake and the hills. Activity-wise that was a new temp for me at the time and I didn't really know how to dress effectively so I just put on as many layers of clothes as I could find and also tucked in my parka. Stupid ass idea; it's a complete misconception that you need to put on your entire fucking closet at those temps.
Hottest without sweating, idk , maybe a light walk when it was 80f & breezy with low humidity (or some similar shit).

by most sweat drenched hiking clothes, when I hiked Mount Washington in Feb and the summit was in the upper 30s; overdressed for a much colder day when I shouldn't have had layers. top layers could take off, but had very thick socks + thick long underwear underneath my pants.
