Extended periods of overcast skies with very little or no rain.
Extended warm and sunny periods.
Extended periods of the same weather everyday. Variety makes life more interesting!

What about just endless rain, warm or cold? March was pathetic this year.

Overcast when it never rains. The UK has a lot of overcast where nothing happens at all, no rain just dry and cloudy. But too much of anything can get boring really.

90°F and sunny for weeks on end. That and drought The same temperature and sunny for weeks on end, no matter what temperature it is. I'd say 50s-70s would probably be most mind-numbing for me.

During out wet season months we can get up to a week of what we call the 'drysoons', a heavy overcast sky, strong westerly flow, and very little rain. The westerly flow restricts the developement of convectional inland storms, which we often see in 'monsonal break' conditions. The 'drysoons' still have high humidity and dp's, the max temps are slightly lower because of the cloud cover, and the min temps are always elevated high for the same reason.

To me boring weather is weather that you want to go away after a day or two, for me that would be clouds, cold and rain/snow
