Funchal easily for being Mediterranean. Rosario has better temps but horrible precipitation pattern.

Rosario. Funchal is warmer, but Rosario has much better storm prospects and is significantly sunnier.

Rosario for me for more seasonality and a more even precip pattern, though Funchal isn't bad.

Fuck, hard one! Funchal by a hair, for the mild frostless winters. Its sunshine hours are too low for me (they're Melbourne-esque). If only Funchal had Rosarip's sun hours!
