That was a bit too generous of me, it's definitely a solid D climate. Boring short crummers with cool or cold nights year round, only one month hasn't seen a freeze. A bit better than a cloudy subarctic maritime climate with similar summer temps for a bit more sun, but summer frosts can get stuffed.

D, spring is subarctic but atleast there's snow, mild summer highs, and a morally good population.
