With a cold airmass in place and calm clear conditions, got to 42 @ LGA and 37 @ Farmingdale. First ground frost of the year as well.

33F/1C this morning. Just missed a freeze. At the airport, 38F/3C. For me: 26F on the 3rd. First freeze was the 1st. Airport: 28F on the 4th. First freeze was the 3rd.

States every station has had a freeze:North Dakota (highest 28 f) Wyoming (highest 30 f) Montana (highest 32 f) Idaho (highest 32 f) States no station has had a freeze:Ohio (lowest 33 f) Maryland (lowest 33 f) Connecticut (lowest 34 f) New Jersey (lowest 34 f) Indiana (lowest 34 f) Hawaii (lowest 34 f) Kentucky (lowest 35 f) Arkansas (lowest 35 f) Alabama (lowest 36 f) Mississippi (lowest 36 f) Rhode Island (lowest 39 f) Louisiana (lowest 39 f) Delaware (lowest 41 f) Florida (lowest 44 f) Every other state has at least 1 station with a freeze and at least 1 without. Grand Junction WFO has a coldest temp of 33 f and is the only place in Colorado to not have a freeze yet.
Most states on the "no freeze list" have seen a freeze since.

For the states around me: If every station with data into November has seen a freeze, I count that as every station getting a freeze. The past few days were the coldest in the area, so a station with 32F through 10/31 will have dropped lower by now. If someone wants to check every station and give an argument why I'm wrong, go ahead.
Minnesota: All freezes
Iowa: All freezes
Wisconsin: One single station is holding out: Ephraim 1NE-WWTP with a 34F low. Ephraim is on the tip of the peninsula in the northeast of the state. The normal mild spots in the far southeast all saw a freeze.
Michigan: no change
Illinois: no change
