Mount Read for the highest frequency of handsome chilling rains and frontal storms. Likely the 2nd highest snowfall on the list after the Alaskan climate too.

Little port Walter. Fewest precipitation days and gets a bunch of snow so it’s not all rain at least.

Little port Walter. Fewest precipitation days and gets a bunch of snow so it’s not all rain at least. That honour goes to Milford Sound with 203 days at the 0.1mm threshold. Milford Sound for me - warmest, least rain days, and probably sunniest. Only 4 days year with snowfall, although a respectable (by NZ standards) 22 days a year with thunder.

I'd rather die in a concentration camp than live in any of those climates, but Milford Sound for me

Little Port Walter for getting (presumably) the highest snowfall totals.

That honour goes to Milford Sound with 203 days at the 0.1mm threshold. Assumed it would get more 0.1-1 mm days than that. I still pick Little Port Walter for the snowfall and a bit more interest.

Milford Sound, for having the warmest “summers” and having the least amount of rainy days, thus most rain comes in heavy falls with still a decent amount of dry days.

These are some of the worst climates on the planet. I'd probably take somewhere like Yakutsk over any of these. I guess I have to go for Milford.

Milford Sound for being the "warm and dry" one. All of these places have good scenery around. Little Port Walter has the worst picture so here's a view of what the area can look like. Similar to Puerto Edén. goo.gl/maps/BBChUuvvTUQZpGCW8

Little Port Walker for being the most seasonal of the lot and getting a bit of snow.

Puerto eden. That place seem to be the very definition of subpolar oceanic btw.

Milford Sound. At least the temperatures are milder than the others.
