What do you think of the climate of Chihuahua City? It's a hot semiarid climate in northern Mexico, with cooler winters than most of the rest of the country and occasional snowfall.
I rate it a D+. The temperature pattern is good for Mexico, but the November to April period is just way too dry, and July to September are the only months that really have acceptable precipitation.

It gets an A from me, but could use warmer summer record highs.

D-/E+, bad climate, but not the worst out there. Far too warm and dry, but at least snow is possible along with hard freezes.

C+ from me. Temps too warm and far too dry in winter, and too wet in summer. Also record lows are too cold for a climate this warm.

B+, pretty nice. I'm surprised to see they average two snow days per year with those winter highs.

Reasonably comfortable climate on the whole. But those record lows at 28* N......Yikes ! About a C+/B-....coin toss.

C+
pros: generally warm to hot throughout the year with good sunshine hours and plentiful summer rain cons: record lows really push this one down coupled with the diurnals in winter being too large, and it's a bit too hot in summer

C+. Could see a little cooler summers, a little warmer winters and more evenly distributed rainfall

C, kind of like Riverside with a flipped precip pattern.
