Which cold winter Mild summer climate would you prefer: Turku: Leh: I choose Turku. More chances of snow, and better extremes. Leh has pathetic extremes for a dry climate. I'd like to know how the nordic people manage 95 F heat without AC.

Turdku. Leh is too dry, it has better temps but that dryness is way too much.

Highs are definitely better in Leh, but I don't like semi-arid and desert climates. I'll have to go with Turku.

Barely Turku.
Leh is too dry. If it was just a tiny bit more wet, I'd choose it.

Both are shitty but I choose Leh, for having a quicker spring warmup and a longer season of tolerable temps, at least during the daytime. Record lows milder as well, gets less snow and snow cover (presumably) and summers are nice and dry.

Leh. Not sure of sunshine hours but I assume much higher than 1800 hrs. That would take the edge off the cold.

Leh for higher sun angle most time of the year and thus stronger sun. I would take it that it's pretty sunny, like around 2800+?

Turku, even though Leh has much better temps

I'll take the greater rain, lower summer UV, and higher humidity of Turku over the likely greater sunshine, warmer highs, and longer winter days in Leh.
