Tough choice between Cheyenne and Calgary, Calgary gets better temps in winter, but Cheyenne is snowier and has better summers. Went with Cheyenne at the end.

Calgary has the most comfortable summers, coldest winters, and low humidity. Easily the best climate.

Plenty of good options here but Barretos seems like the best for what I want.

Houston for the best temperatures. Most are either too cold in winter or not enough seasonal variation.

Cordova for me.
Surprised NZ didn't make the cut - rodeo was the second biggest day of the year for me as a kid growing up, although rodeos seem to be an endangered species these days, largely due to the fun police

Calgary due to being the most sensible, and with the highest frequency of actual weather.

Calgary due to being the most sensible, and with the highest frequency of actual weather. Honestly surprised. But it is true, they get a ton of interesting weather, mostly due to the leeward location. What would be a gay rainstorm to the west of the mountains would turn into an amazing thunderstorm/hailstorm in Calgary.

Non-arid and non-extremely hot. Also, the French climate is fake data (ClimateData.org) so I immediately discarded it.

For me personally, I love lower dews all year round.
