Our first accumulating snow on average is Dec. 16, so I went with Dec. 16-31. I think our warm and dry pattern is supposed to continue for a while.

Our fall seems to be quite mild so far and the 14 day forecast shows that continuing on into early October. So I'll be bold and say our first snow will be in the second half of October (and I've probably jinxed it just because of that )

December 1-15. That's being optimistic too. Snow is no guarantee here, especially before Christmas.

Second half of November. A few flurries in early November.

Had my first flakes today, with no rain mixed in.
Might be a while yet for first accumulation.

Had my first flakes today, with no rain mixed in. Might be a while yet for first accumulation. Looking likely the same here too re. the accumulating snow.

I'll go with the second half of December.

We're potentially getting a mix of snow and rain overnight and tomorrow morning, so we'll see what happens! If that doesn't pan out then it will definitely be in the second half of the month because the rest of our forecast for the week is mild, dry, and sunny.

Snow was forecast last night but didnβt fall. Next chance is Thursday night, if not probably not for at least 10 days.

Had the first flakes this afternoon. Nothing stuck though so itβll just be a trace. Still waiting on measurable snow.

Had the first snowflakes of the season yesterday (October 31st), first time I've seen snow fall in October!
Had three different little snow flurries coming through today, but of course no accumulation. Still eagerly waiting the first settling snow.

May get the first setting snow midweek, although it is looking like a toss up between snow and rain and this point.

First snowfall of the season for higher elevation neighbourhoods of Metro Vancouver yesterday and today. Slushy or no accumulations.

In fact, it happened today, so about a week earlier than I had thought.

First accumulating snow was today. 1-2cm. Obviously not much but I didn't expect a huge dump. I'm just happy it finally properly snowed. Forecast is looking decent for more.
