Paso Roblox or whatever the hell it's called. Pleasant winters, if a little chilly in the night. The hot summers would be tolerable due to them having dry heat and relatively cool nights.

Willamette valley. Salem, Oregon has a damn good climate. I wish winters were snowier though.

Napa by far. Paso Robles is 2nd best. Then probably North Fork ~ Salem, Austin, Richland, and finally Ithaca.

Finger Lakes is best. California has by far the most wine production in the country. Wine production by state.Napa is the place I think of when I think of wine. Or the local place would be Door County in eastern Wisconsin. According to this map every state has multiple Wineries, even Alaska.
