D+, lows too cool in summer, and too wet in winter.

Looks like a PRISM climate, judging by the fact that it's 1981-2010 normals and the location is just some coordinates.
Not a horrible climate, I'll rate it a C+. Love the cool, wet winters (though probably gets some substantial snow, but should melt quickly with those temps and the rain), and the dry summers are amazing, though those summer lows are brutal. Also looks like omegaraptor dream climate.

Yup... south of Toketee Falls on the western slopes of the Cascades in the Umpqua River Basin. Nothing too weird about this climate and it looks like you got data from PRISM.
I think it would be a pretty snowy climate. Winters are only a little warmer and drier than Detroit, OR which averages 82.1" of annual snowfall. I'd say this place would average 40" or so?
I rate it a B-, too high in elevation for my liking but not horrible by any means.

The climate table is missing for me... Missing for me as well, but no matter because it's fake data anyways (PRISM).

You shouldn't have. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. If I may speak for the group, we value honesty highly on this forum, so if you make a mistake just own it instead of trying to hide your tracks. And in this it was no big deal whatsoever.

Thank you. I'll do that from now on. I just thought that it was odd because 8 months of the year average within 5°F of freezing, which from what I've seen seems unusual. When 2/3 of the year averages that close to freezing or below freezing, usually the coldest months of the year have average lows way lower than 27°F. I could be wrong though.
