These are (just about) tij's favorite climates per continent-- with a moderate version of four seasons. Instead of listing African and S American locales that are not as well suited to my preferences, chose two European and two North American places instead, trying to include a diverse set of options. Select up to two of your top choices.Europe I: L'Aquila, Italia (in lieu of Ifrane) (Pescara has ~2200 sun hrs): Europe II: Goryachy Klyuch, Russia (Krasnodar has ~2150 sun hrs): N America I: Richlands, Virginia (Greensboro, North Carolina has ~2350 sun hrs*): N America II: Show Low, Arizona (in lieu of somewhere like Malargüe) (Flagstaff has ~3175 sun hrs*): Asia: Qazigund, Kashmir (Srinagar has ~2200 sun hrs): Oceania: Tumbarumba, Australia (Canberra has ~2850 sun hrs): *subtracting 300 sun hrs to correct for discrepancies in recording sun hrs They are all good, but think my favorite ones here are L'Aquila and Qazigund, the former being slightly dry overall, the latter a bit too rainy in late winter/early spring-- Goryachy Klyuch has the best precip amt here. Since Qazigund has warmer shoulder seasons than L'Aquila while having more reliable winter weather than Tumbarumba, it's my top choice.

Show Low is an easy choice for the sunshine and dry winters.

Tumbarumba, for the mild, wet winters and dryish summers, with L'Aquila in 2nd place
tij probably considers NYC an A climate based on his choices, should consider moving here, haha
