Gonna have to go with New Hampshire out of this bunch.

Oregon, with South Carolina as a close second. Oregon wins it due to its much drier summers, though SC has better temps.

New Hampshire. Not perfect but pretty good in terms of both temperatures and precipitation.

This is where snowfall would be useful. Very close between Colorado and Kansas, the latter has better variability and temps much of the year but less snowfall and summer is too hot. I think Iโll give the edge to Kansas but quite close.

Kansas, though narrowly. If Colorado weren't so dry throughout the year, I would've picked it due to its vastly superior summers (i.e., much less humid and possibly more variable)โฆhowever Colorado's minima in general are too cool.

Kansas. Great temperature profile but winter is a bit too dry.

SC, only decent one IMO. The others all have brutally cold winters and cold summer nights (except Kansas).

Oregon, although summer in NH would probably suit my preferences more, and it's a bit damp in winter (but better than the ultra-dry Colorado and Kansas in that season).

Colorado has Canadian tier winters, but sunnier, and it's too dry IMO. Kansas and New Hampshire, same thing on that regard. However, NH actually has some snowpack in the winter, unlike CO or KS. Oregon's summers are too dry but it's fine otherwise, so it's either that or SC, which the worst part is the extended swampy summer period, which I can attest to.
