RI due to the milder summers than KY, both are good though (although a bit damp) and KY has a better spring.

Tough choice between Alaska and Rhode Island. AK's summers are much too cool, but RI's winters are much too mild. Will go with Alaska, as I think I'll be happier there for more months.

Arkansas in a landslide, really good temps and nice stormy springs, could just use drier summers. Summer is still the driest season at least.
