West Virginia, but PA and CT aren't bad either, just a bit too chilly in winter.

West Virginia.
South Dakota has much better individual climates but the average is subpar.

Gonna have to go with South Dakota, even though it's probably not as snowy as I'd like.

Boke. The warmest climate is always winning.
West Virginia for me, splendid climate. Pennsylvania is very nice too.

Dunno. They are all either too warm in summer or too cool in winter. Guess I'll settle for Connecticut.

Georgia easily. It's nearly perfect, just could use drier summers.

#16. Connecticut #17. Georgia #18. Pennsylvania #19. South Dakota #20. West Virginia Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Connecticut are all extremely similar, why put all 3 in a battle of 5? Random chance?

Georgia. Warmest winters. But still pretty bad...

South Dakota
By far the best summers, excellent precip pattern (spring peak, drier autumn), and the least warm fronts.

Pennsylvania. South Dakota doesn't get enough snow.
