I'm pretty much forced to go with Iowa on this heap of shit. Greatest diurnal ranges in summer and the least rainy days in middle-late summer as well as a good precip pattern (wet spring).

Indiana as it's drier than Tennessee and has milder summers, altho winter is slightly too frosty for me, bit surpised that Iowa looks so chilly, only slightly warmer than Mpls.

Tie between Indiana and Tennessee, not sure which one is better, since Indiana can have more chances of snowfall, and Tennessee is borderline subtropical unlike Indiana, which is humid continential/warm temperate.

Tennessee I guess but I'd have the AC on full blast in that ugly summer.

Maine followed closely by Wisconsin. Maine's benefit is more snow and cooler summers. Wisconsin has better temps in winter and spring.

Indiana, it has the best balance between summer and winter.
