It's an improved Perth for me. Winters are drier and not terribly wet (unlike Perth's). And summers are mildly hot, but not too hot like those of Perth's. I really would want to crop Sydney and paste it there!

A-. Not much to complain about. The biggest issues would be the lack of thunderstorms and cool record lows in summer (6.6 C in December is pretty rough).

I'd rate C for this one.
Good points:
-long growing season -mild summer nights -record low is above 10F -probably very sunny
Bad points:
-too dry -summers too hot -not much seasonal variety other than precipitation

Just about the perfect West Coast climate.....Jurian Bay is a popular 'get away' location for Perth people. I have some friends with holiday properties in the town.

B+. Too warm in winter, not enough spring/fall rain, and too much seasonal lag, but nearly perfect otherwise.

B+. The only thing it needs is marginally cooler days and more rain for an A. Sunshine likely is great too!
