A, nearly perfect. If I had to nitpick, it could use to be a tick warmer in spring, and even drier in summer.

Summers are too hot; I prefer something around 22 degrees and I like winters a few degrees milder. D.

Only real flaws here are the dry summers and the seasonal lag in September highs.

C+. Could see less seasonal lag, a more equitable rainfall distribution and milder winters.

A-. That's lovely. It's maybe a touch too wet overall, but temperatures are great. The yearly temperature averages are almost identical to Melbourne Airport but Frosinone is multitudes better.
