F+. The warm summer (for its latitude) and semi-decent sunshine hours are its salvation.

At least a few livable months.

E-. Winters may be dark and frigid, but May to September seems liveable enough. 5 decent months out of the whole year is not too bad for Siberia. In my opinion places like Dudinka and Norilsk are far worse. Still a shitty cold fucken desert though.

B. Summers are a bit too hot. The tepid SUMMERS being "too hot" is your problem with this climate?

Solid B. Peak winter is probably a bit too cold for me (particularly the highs) with too low diurnals and it's too dry in winter with too much seasonal lead. March-October has nice temps but summer is too cool and not wet enough.

C- far too cold mid winter, nice summers. Just overall too extreme for a good rating

F+. The warm summer (for its latitude) and semi-decent sunshine hours are its salvation. Ditto. Yakutsk vs. Campbell Island (or similar) would be a good climate battle.

I think we've all seem this cold shithole climate before, I will say it's an E cause there is some warm weather to break up the horrible stream of a 9 month winter that would otherwise engulf the entire year, like Utqiagvik or Vostok.

F, avoiding the minus due to the somewhat warm and dry summers. But still a hellhole indeed.

A fucking plus. One of the few places where in a given annual cycle, you can experience a huge extent of the weather that exists on earth, temps wise.
