Rochester, VIC blows both others out of the water, in a comical way.

Rochester, VIC
Victoria doesn't have as good of a selection as other Australian states, but the one with warm summers and cool winters beats out the one with mild crummers and the one with cold winters.

The Aussie one, by a landslide. Looks pretty good actually, albeit a bit too dry.

Rochester Minnesota. Colder and drier in winter, wetter in summer than NY. Of the ones listed, the US climate wins. The other two I could go either way. The UK version is comfortable but cloudy and not continental enough. The AU version is dry and warm.
