Anyone ever wanted a four-seasonal climate like NYC or Chicago but disliked the horrendous seasonal lag? Well Maykop might just be what you're looking for. Here, March is almost as warm as November, and April is warmer than October, yet January and July are pretty much identical to NYC. It's also a bit less humid in summer. Sunshine is about 2100-2200h, so a little less than NYC which has about 2300h For me it's a C. Sunshine could be higher, (winters too) and summers are a bit too hot for my taste.

Summers are a bit hot but there's still plenty of decent weather around with not too many rain days, plus you're guaranteed at least some winter. I'll be generous and give this a B.

D- Mostly unpleasant but scrapes the D due to more moderate summers than NYC/Philly

I think that nearby Armavir is a very interesting climate, very HOT! I'm not even sure if the data is accurate? But otherwise I think Maykop is a good climate overall, I'll give it a solid B, maybe even a B+

Good moderate 4-seasonal climate with pleasant transition seasons A-.
could be a bit wetter and sunnier but good for southern russia, the best of the country along with Novorossiysk imo

C/C+
Winters are too cold. Summer lows and sunshine are clearly worse than NYC.

5 months of summer, 2 months of fall, 3 months of winter, and 2 months of spring...
Eh... it's a B- or C+ since it is undoubtedly better than here.
Winters are too short though, and definitely not cold enough.

B+
Great climate overall. Loses points because winters are a bit wet and I'm not a fan of how they straddle the freezing line like that.
