B. Pretty good, the main problem is the wet, cloudy winters. Sydney is better in this respect.

Pretty good, like Sydney, though I will prepare slightly less rain in exchange for more sun year-round. In addition, I would like to exchange some summer heat for winter warmth.

B+. Temperatures are almost copied and pasted from my dream climate; but the sunshine is pretty mediocre year-round.
