Has to be in Fahrenheit, and only works for air temps 75°F(23.9°C)+
A=Air Temp B=Dew Point C=(B/55) D=C x (B-55) E=D x 0.4 F=E x (A - 70) G=F ÷ 35 H= 0.5 x (G + E) J=H + A
J is the Heat Index if the dewpoint is 75°F or lower
If the dewpoint is 76°F+:
L=J + K
K=1 x (B - 75) if air temp is below 90°F
K=2 x (B -75) if air temp is 90°F to 99.9°F
K=3 x (B - 75) if air temp is 100°F+
L is the heat index if the dewpoint is 76°F or higher

Here are some examples
Example 1=90°F air temp/70°F dew point
A=90 B=70 C=70 ÷ 55 C=1.27 D=1.27 x (70 - 55) D=1.27 x 15 D=19.05 E=19.05 x 0.4 E=7.62 F=7.62 x (90 - 70) F=7.62 x 20 F=152.4 G=152.4 ÷ 35 G=4.35 H= 0.5 x (4.35 + 7.62) H= 0.5 x (11.97) H= 5.985 J= 90 + 5.985 J= 95.985°F

Example 2=100°F air temp/30°F dew point
A=100 B=30 C=30 ÷ 55 C=0.54 D=0.54 x (30 - 55) D=0.54 x (-25) D= -13.5 E= -13.5 x 0.4 E= -5.4 F= -5.4 x (100 - 70) F= -5.4 x 30 F= -162 G= -162 ÷ 35 G= -4.63 H= 0.5 x (-4.63 + -5.4) H= 0.5 x (-10.03) H= -5.015 J= 100 + -5.015 J= 94.985°F
