Inspired by a shoutbox discussion regarding just that, I'm going to make a thread for it. What are your most common wind directions and mean wind speeds in your locale?

Annual [got it from here, as it also includes % of calm wind speeds; you can have a look by month, too. Least calm month is April at 12.7%, and the greatest frequency of calm wind events (<2 mph) is in October, at 24.8%]:
