Monaco. I'm surprised that Atlantic City is in the lead. Most people I know are fans of fair weather, but I take it that people on an obscure weather forum aren't "most people"? I obviously agree with you on Monaco (I’m a fan of subtropical Mediterranean climates). However, the average of everyone’s dream climates on this forum has been done, and it comes out to a warm temperate climate with uniform precipitation and some occasional winter snow, along the lines of Atlantic City.

That makes sense. I suppose the average person might like comfortable weather but the weather enthusiast likes interesting weather. Also it seems to be that people like what they’re familiar with. So if someone grew up somewhere snowy they at least know if they like snow or not.

So if someone grew up somewhere snowy they at least know if they like snow or not. The idea that one cannot be a weather enthusiast if they don’t like “interesting” weather is indeed a deluded belief held by too many of the members on this forum. The very premise is dumb, as what is considered “interesting” varies from person to person, so there is no universal standard for what weather is “interesting”. Also, I don’t think growing up in a certain climate makes you more likely to like that climate. I can think of many members on here (myself included) who grew up in climates that get snow, and despise snow. Likewise, there are a few members who grew up in tropical climates yet love cold and snow.

That's basically the sort of climate I like. I used to think my weather preferences were relatively unique, since most people I know have a preference for tropical/subtropical climates. Then I joined the weather forum.
Needless to say my vote goes to Atlantic City.
