A bit too wet and humid, but seems comfortable most of the time (not as cold as Shillong)

B-
Presumably a few thousand feet below Shillong? This one isn't bad actually; the average temperatures (other than the lower 40s average lows in winter) are quite nice. Goes to show that your particular elevation makes a world of difference. April, May, and October would probably be my favorite months here - and across the board, I like the high wet day to rainfall ratio.

D, it's slightly better than Shitlong due to having "drier" summers. At least Nov-Mar looks gloriously comfortable.

E+ assuming the rain comes in thunderstorms.

A-. Very nice subtropical climate. Probably gets decent sun and tons of storms and occasional frosts in winter give it some seasonality. Record high could be hotter though.

E.
Summers are disgustingly wet and the rest of the year is too temperate with little temp variation.

C+, assuming sunshine around 2500 hours. Hot and humid, but not as much as in the lowlands; and the winters are not too cold. Also, there should be quite alot of downpours
