Hopetoun, easily.
Obviously these places all hold the record high temperatures for their respective states.

Scamander. I'd ideally like summers a bit warmer, but the other towns are too hot and dry.

Hopetoun wins, its winters are far too dry for my liking, but at least it has dry summers and the temps are the best of the bunch. B climate.

Scamander. This town's climate is generally inoffensive and rather cool year-round. Summers could be warmer and drier, I'll rate it a B.

Wilcannia for the best temps Actually, only recently the BOM have scrutinised the 50.0c recorded at Wilcannia in Jan 1939 and it is now officially the hottest max temp recorded in NSW using standard instrumentation. |

Whichever is wettest is the best, which is Scamander.
Would've gone for a hotter climate if wetter.

Onslow. Other than Scamander and Hopetoun the summers are all pretty similar, so I'll pick the one with the warmest winters.
