Orange in France wins easily, for it has both the best temps of the bunch as well as the superior Mediterranean rainfall pattern.

Texas
Subtropical paradise. The French one comes in second.

Orange in NSW is generally rated as a C.O.A.P. ( Of A place ) climatically by Aussies.... simply because by our standards it is colder than a witches tit, with some snowfalls every year....in fact it's Ausralia's coldest/snowiest city. Aussie don't mind visiting the Alps for a weekend of skiing and snowplay a coupla times a year, but fucked if we wanna somewhere that gets wet snow a few times a year. Shithouse climate compared to the lower altitude climes in the region. Cold as buggery nights there even in mid summer ! No oranges growing in Orange, although plenty of cold climate stone fruits in the region, apples, pears, cherries, plums etc

Orange, Massachusetts is best for me.
I used to live nearby the Californian one for a long time and the weather is extremely boring 99% of the year.

Summers in Orange, Aus are nice though a bit too cool and not stormy enough. All the other seasons suck, too mild and way way too stable with nowhere near enough snow. Massachusetts it is.

The Australian one, as the French one (and the Virginian one) is too hot in summer for me while the Mass one is too icy during winter.
