Burgos has the best climate out of those cities. And Santiago de Compostela has the worst.

By the way, Santiago of Chile has a better climate than all of those cities. It has one of the best climates in the world in my opinion.

Burgos, pretty good climate for Europe. Would be a very good climate with wetter summers.

Pamplona for having a good balance of decent rainfall and still maintaining warm summers.

I actually agree that these climates are gay. They all have these fence-sitting winters. They also all have an identity crisis: they don’t know whether to be oceanic, Mediterranean, continental, or semi-arid.

Burgos, it has the best temps. Btw I'd think of St Jean as a cooler and wetter version of Pau: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pau,_Pyr%C3%A9n%C3%A9es-Atlantiques Middling temps and 1,500 to 2,000 mm of annual precip. The region is very green.

Logroño
It's the warmest of the bunch, and is the only one with two months of at least marginally acceptable summer lows.
