Santa Rosa
Only one with a somewhat reasonable summer. Luderitz is basically just an even worse version of San Francisco.

Luderitz for having the mildest winters and being the driest.

Toss up between luderitz and Alexandra. The former is too dry meaning it will lack thunderstorms but it's temps are far the best.

Tough one, Santa Rosa gets more storms and variability but Alexandra has much better temps. Both probably get next to no snow, I guess Iโll go with Alexandra since the other place is just too warm.

Voting for Alexandra. Very surprising to see Santa Rosa with a colder record low though.

Santa Rosa despite the shitty precipitation pattern, because its temps are really good.
