Strange ? how the most populous States in CONUS are California, followed by Texas and Florida. The southernmost latidudes with the most people friendly climates....

Easy to see why Mark Twain said "the coldest winter I ever had was a summer in San Francisco". I pick San Diego for being the warmest.
