B+, it's better than both SF and Tokyo. The rainfall to # of rainfall days ratio is fairly high for a subtropical latitude climate. When you factor in rainfall patterns and record temperatures it looks like an east-coast 30s-latitude climate with a west-coast 30s-latitude temperature regime. |

B, nothing offensive about this climate, IMO. Winters could be a little warmer and sunnier; but summers are practically idyllic.
