Basically wetter version of Perth? Not exactly my type of climate. Somewhere between grade C- and D+.

C- Much of the year is great but the excessive summers ruin it for me

Everything looks good except for the summer average highs and the record highs in all months. I'll have to give it a D+ because of that alone.

Admittedly Sydney does get higher record highs, but only by about 3F. 44C as a record high still looks amazing. And the summers are much less stable than in the Northeast US which is a huge plus

A girl I used to know lived on the central coast of NSW near Gosford and they had a day where it got up to 50-51C. It didn't last very long though and was back to 16C and rain in no time.

I give it a B+ – close to being an A grade; the summer record lows detract points from it though, and it could use summers that are a little hotter.

3.13/4.00 = A-. Increase the record lows by 5'C and it would be nearly perfect. How it should be. A short cool winter that's pretty much over by the time Sep 1 comes. Four-month summer with warm days and storms. High precip-to-wet-day ratio. It's about time we have some more good climates like this posted on here.

Solid B climate. Overall pretty decent even if winters are a bit cool.

D-/E+ pleasant but boring. Needs much cooler winters and more variation. Summers are good though.

Temperature wise it looks like a lot like inland Northern California, but in the Southern Hemisphere. Gave it a B.

I wasn't really thinking of the Central Valley. More like somewhere inland from around San Jose, in the South Bay.

It’s a B climate, record lows are a bit too low.
