C, too much snow and too cloudy. If it wasn't so laggy and snowy I would have gave it a B. Late spring and early fall ought to be warmer. Make it like Roanoke VA and I would like it. You suck speagles.

E- for this snowy, laggy, cold, crummery hellhole. Among the worst climates in PA. Only gets some points for the passable summer high temps.
