Istanbul, good temperatures with decently wet winters
Also holy shit, had no idea Strasbourg was that warm in summer! For some reason I thought it'd be more like Paris.

StrasbourgJust like fairweatherfan, I too was expecting it to be a bit cooler in summer, but those summers are actually pretty acceptable as it stands. It beats out Budapest for being both sunnier and wetter as a whole, and I'd say the extra summer daytime warmth is enough to beat out Istanbul even despite the latter's slightly warmer winters.
