My climate battles just keep getting worse. Former American President George W. Bush liked to use the phrase "axis of evil" to refer to his three least favorite countries. North Korea, Iran, and Iraq, which at the time was ruled by Saddam Hussein. Which evil country's capital has the least evil climate? BaghdadTehranChose the more evil climate in Tehran on purpose. Pyongyang

Pyongyang even though one month has an avg high below 0, that month is sunny, and not wet. Summer is too humid as well but I can manage that for 3 months.

Pyongyang is the best, despite the less than ideal summers and mediocre winters.
Tehran isn't as good, mostly because the summers are very hot, but they are still liveable.
Baghdad is ridiculously hot though.

Tehran for being the most comfortable of the bunch, and having nice dry summers. Still shitty though, winter is way too dry.
Also Tehran wasn't always this evil. I'd love to spend some time in pre-1979 Tehran.

Tehran seems like the best balance overall. Baghdad is warmer but summers are too hot. Pyongyang has nice wet, humid summers but winters are much colder. Tehran has comfortable weather most of the year and the dozen or so annual snow days make it more interesting.

Tehran. Even though its summers are hot, it’s not over the top like Baghdad’s. It’s also much milder than Pyongyang in winter and doesn’t have their washout summers.

Tehran wins quite comfortably here.

Tehran
Comfortable for the longest, without getting ridiculously cold or ridiculously hot.

I will vote for Tehran, it has a good precipitation pattern even though it’s dry and it’s not diabolically hot.

Pyongyang for the cooler summers and higher precipitation (even though it's mostly in the summer). At the model UN day in high school my country was North Korea.

I do not like Tehran's relatively cold winters. So I will begrudgingly go with Baghdad *shrugs*

I guess Tehran- Not as cold winters as Pyongyang, not as hot summers as Bagdad; whilst still being sunny. the dryness is an issue though
