Cape Town obviously, for it's the only Mediterranean one of this bunch.
Also it's Détroit, not Detroit 
Also, there are far worse places to live in the US than Detroit. Actually, none of these cities are the worst places to live in their respective countries, except maybe Belfast because of the whole Northern Ireland vs Ireland thing.

What place in the US is worse than Detroit? There's tons. Rural Appalachia, rural Mississippi/Alabama, basically any Indian reservation, many villages on the US-Mexico border, I could go on and on. |
