Houston, but it's close with Horsham. Houston's summers are much hotter than I would like and I'm not a fan of the kind of negative anomalies it gets in winter (cloudy/low diurnal range), but Horsham is just way too dry.

Horsham because it's almost perfect, just could use more winter/spring rain. Only one of the bunch that has both dry summers and seasons.

Horsham, even though it has some flaws. Summers there look very variable, with extremely hot record highs and record lows barely above freezing. Winters get an annoying amount of drizzle. When it comes to precipitation, go big or go home. It's not a bad climate though overall.
Honolulu looks very pleasant, but I'm not that much of a hot weather fan.
