Puerto Iguazu
Didn't even really need to look at the rest; it's a bit cloudy and soggy for my tastes but the temperatures are phenomenal.

Puerto Iguazu. One of the easiest climate battles ever.

La Quiaca, lots of storms and pleasant temps. Neuquen barely gets snow anyway so not worth the hot summers and lack of storms,

La Quiaca, ideal stuff really, if it does get lots of storms, and great temps.

Neuquen. Its a desert, but seems to have pleasant weather most of the year.

It’s gonna be Neuquén for the dry summers and the all around amazing temperatures.

Difficult choice between Puerto Iguazu and Neuquen. Neuquen has superior temps and sunshine, but is much too dry. I'll have to go with Puerto Iguazu for the rainfall.

Neuquén is easily the best. If it had 3x the precipitation it would be an A+ climate

Neuquén wasn't what I had in mind when I thought of "center" of Argentina.
Of the options, Puerto Iguazú

None of these are good. I'll go with Neuquén for the temperatures, but it's way too dry. The best places for me are near the Andes and far enough south to get a good seasonal range, for example Bariloche en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bariloche

Neuquen definitely looks best out of these

Interesting selection here. I pick Puerto Iguazu - great year round temps even if it's a bit on the cloudy side. Sounds like plenty of storms, too

Puerto Iguazu (C)- too warm, wet and cloudy for my tastes; but should have plenty of storms. Then it is La Quiaca (C-), Neuquen (C-) and Ushuaia (E-)
